Terms of Use (Beta) — dAIa Skills

1) Agreement

By accessing or using dAIa Skills, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Beta notice:

The Service is beta and provided "as is" / "as available." Features may change or be removed; some data may be reset.

2) What dAIa Skills is (and isn't)

dAIa Skills is a skills-enhancement companion that helps users practice and build confidence with guided explanations and targeted feedback.

It does not:

  • replace teachers, schools, curriculum, or licensed instruction
  • deliver classroom lessons as a school/institute would
  • issue formal grades or academic certifications
  • operate as a KHDA/ADEK-licensed institute

3) Eligibility

  • Parent/guardian accounts must be created by adults (18+).
  • Students/minors may use the Service under a parent/guardian's supervision/consent where required.
  • You're responsible for account security and accuracy of information provided.

4) Acceptable use

You must not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract underlying system logic, prompts, datasets, or content
  • use bots/automation to access the Service without permission
  • share credentials, abuse access controls, or attempt to compromise security
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes

5) Intellectual property

The Service, software, UI/UX, and dAIa Skills-created content are owned by dAIa Skills and/or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal educational/skills practice purposes.

6) User content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide and improve the Service, maintain safety, and comply with legal obligations (see Privacy Policy).

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee educational outcomes or uninterrupted availability.

8) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect/consequential damages, loss of data, or educational outcomes. Our total liability will be limited to amounts paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months (or AED 0 if free beta), unless law requires otherwise.

9) Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for violations or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Governing law

UAE law applies.
